Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a detail‑oriented HR Operations role to manage the employee lifecycle from offer to exit and to ensure data integrity across our HRIS platforms. You will partner with benefits and payroll teams to handle enrollments and changes, ensuring accurate coverage and timely records.

You will translate HR policies into clear guidance for managers and lead audits to keep our records compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience administering HR processes, especially onboarding and records accuracy.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems for data entry and audits.
• Exposure to benefits administration and compliance requirements.
• Strong Excel skills for data reconciliation (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).

Responsibilities

• Own the employee lifecycle from offer to exit.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity and generate reliable reports.
• Process enrollments and changes with benefits/payroll teams.
• Translate HR policy into clear guidance for managers.
• Lead audits and compliance checks to keep records audit-ready.
• Support agency HR contacts across the network.
