Job summary

Vitable is hiring an Operations and HRIS Associate to own data and systems across employer clients. You will run payroll/HRS data integrations, manage ACA Autopilot workflows, and ensure clean, timely data movement between client systems and Vitable.

The role emphasizes accuracy, deadline management, and collaboration with Customer Success, Operations, and Sales to keep client data reliable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in operations, benefits administration, payroll, or HRIS support.
• Experience with payroll or HRIS platforms (ADP, Paychex, Gusto, Viventium, Rippling) is a strong plus.
• Comfort with spreadsheets and structured data, cleaning files and following data-formatting standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual HRIS/payroll integrations for client groups, setting up TPA access and validating data.
• Support the ACA Autopilot program, upload monthly offers, normalize payroll files, prepare data submissions.
