Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of progressive HR operations experience in IT services or tech.
• Proficient in HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and data protection standards.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling employee information.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings and interview coordination.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures with timely documentation.
• Maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS with data integrity.
• Assist in benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.
• Provide frontline HR support addressing policy questions and workplace issues.
• Prepare HR reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, and recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to implement initiatives and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and IT services industry regulations.
