Infotree Global Solutions Inc. is seeking a Junior HR Administrator to join the internal HR Operations team. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure to international HR processes across the EMEA region.

You will learn how a modern People Operations ecosystem runs, work with experienced colleagues, and develop precision in handling sensitive personnel records while improving data quality and processes.

• Perform weekly audits of employee data and documentation for data quality.
• Assist onboarding by coordinating background checks and collecting documents.
• Support HR Operations with reporting and process improvement tasks.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed to give you practical, hands-on exposure to international HR processes across the EMEA region. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, learning how a modern corporate People Operations ecosystem runs from the inside out.

What You Will Do & Learn:

• Act as a key point of contact for candidate logistics by scheduling online, technical, and onsite interviews across the EMEA region.
• Learn to navigate and update core employee information (such as new hires, promotions, and compensation changes) within an enterprise-grade cloud HR platform.
• Perform weekly audits of employee data and documentation, developing strong skills in data compliance and quality assurance.
• Help welcome new joiners by initiating background check processes and collecting or verifying required onboarding paperwork.
• Support the wider HR Operations team with special initiatives, reporting, and process improvement tasks.
