Paires is an AI-first fundraising platform that pairs founders with investors and runs warm outreach to turn outreach into meetings. You will own top of funnel, building the engine that finds the right people at the right moment and keeps the process running around the clock with quality intact.

You will work with real data, scripts, APIs, and modern tooling to deliver precise outreach, ensure deliverability, and nurture relationships for the long run.

Qualifications

• Own top of funnel and drive new meetings.
• Work deep into ICP and long sales cycles.
• Proficient coding with APIs and automation.
• Experience with data enrichment and deduping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the outreach engine and ensure high-quality outreach.
• Ingest, dedupe, and enrich data into a clean spine.
• Identify ICP and moments to reach out for maximum impact.
• Maintain deliverability and measure outcomes (meetings/replies).
