Job summary

Jobgether SRL, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a User Acquisition Specialist based in Poland to own paid media across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms for multiple client accounts.

You will partner with creative strategists and growth managers to optimize campaigns, analyze performance, and drive scalable growth in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. Remote, international collaboration and EST-aligned hours offered.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in paid media or user acquisition, agency or app-focused
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta advertising
• Experience with TikTok & Google Ads campaigns
• Proven ability to manage seven-figure annual media budgets
• Solid data interpretation and optimization storytelling
• Excellent presentation and client-facing communication

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end paid media management across Meta, TikTok, Google and other platforms.
• Optimize campaigns across multiple client accounts for performance and scalable growth.
• Monitor CPI, CAC, ROAS, payback, retention and other KPIs.
• Analyze performance to diagnose fatigue, audience shifts, or attribution issues.
• Lead structured testing across audiences, creatives, bidding, budgets and structures.
• Collaborate with creative strategists and growth managers to inform media decisions.
• Prepare performance insights and compelling client-ready presentations.
