Pixofix is a visual production studio for AI and 3D visuals, offering remote work and a fast-growing environment. You will own the go-to-market engine, shape messaging, drive meetings with right accounts, and manage a team/partners to optimize budget and impact.

You’ll lead demand generation, inbound/outbound, and reporting, collaborating with Sales, SEO, and creative teams to build pipeline and partnerships across fashion and ecommerce clients.

Formación

• 3-5 years in growth, demand generation or B2B marketing for a services business
• Hands-on experience with email and LinkedIn outbound and managing agencies
• Experience overseeing paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) and reading performance data
• Strong HubSpot skills (workflows, lead routing, reporting)
• Working knowledge of SEO and how it feeds a pipeline strategy
• Analytical: able to explain numbers and actions to take
• Professional-level written and spoken English

Responsabilidades

• Own the demand generation strategy and the pipeline it produces.
• Oversee outbound: manage email outbound agency and guide SDR follow-up, messaging and lead quality.
• Own LinkedIn outbound strategy, sequences and targeting.
• Oversee paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) with the paid media specialist.
• Set up and maintain reporting in HubSpot: attribution, funnel conversion, cost per meeting and channel performance.
• Collaborate with Sales on qualification feedback to improve messaging.
• Coordinate with SEO and social teams to support pipeline.
• Build and manage partnerships to bring qualified buyers and strengthen positioning.
• Test new channels and offers, and stop what doesn’t work.
