Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Global Talent Sourcing Manager to build and lead a centralized, global sourcing capability within the Talent Acquisition function. This role will manage a team of 3 sourcers, drive pipeline generation across regions, and partner with HR and business leaders to deliver high-quality talent while advancing diverse, inclusive hiring practices.

The position requires strategic thinking, hands-on sourcing expertise, and the ability to scale operations globally in a matrix

Qualifications

• Significant experience in delivering talent sourcing across international locations.
• Team leadership, coaching, and delivering through a team.
• Proven track record in building or evolving sourcing capabilities, teams, or operating models.
• Experience in multinational, matrix organisation.
• Strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, tools, and channels.
• Experience establishing processes, governance, and stakeholder engagement models.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a global talent sourcing strategy aligned to business priorities and workforce plans.
• Establish the sourcing value proposition and how it supports TA globally.
• Design and implement a centralised sourcing model, including processes, governance, and service delivery.
• Determine clear relationships between sourcing and TA teams for efficiency and collaboration.
• Build, lead and develop a team of 3 Talent Sourcers with clear roles and priorities.
• Provide hands-on coaching on advanced sourcing techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment to global priorities while supporting regional hiring needs.
• Oversee delivery of proactive, high-quality talent pipelines across key roles and geographies.
• Drive use of direct sourcing, headhunting, referrals, and internal talent identification.
• Develop innovative sourcing and engagement strategies to attract passive candidates.
• Support diversity objectives with inclusive sourcing approaches.
• Partner with Regional TA leaders and recruiters to translate hiring demand into sourcing strategies.
• Establish effective ways of working between sourcing and TA globally.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs.
• Act as a connector across global, regional, and functional TA stakeholders.
• Leverage data and analytics to track sourcing effectiveness and pipeline health.
• Provide insights on talent markets and competitor activity.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing processes, tools, and delivery models.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and quality of hire.
• Drive adoption and optimization of sourcing tools and systems.
• Ensure use of technology to enable data-driven sourcing practices.
• Support implementation of new tools aligned to global TA strategy.
