Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Talent Data Analyst & Specialist to transform people data into actionable insights and support global talent programs. You will turn data into dashboards and reports, collaborating with HR partners across regions to drive strategic people decisions.

You’ll combine analytical thinking with program delivery, building impactful experiences for our people while ensuring high data quality and confidentiality in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Qualifications

• Around 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role.
• Strong Excel and Power BI skills with the ability to create clear visualizations.
• Experience working with HR systems such as Workday.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful stories and recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions and cultures.

Responsibilities

• Turn talent data into meaningful insights to support strategic talent decisions.
• Create engaging dashboards and reports using Excel and Power BI for leaders to understand workforce trends.
• Support talent initiatives such as reviews, succession planning, learning and development, and engagement through data-driven insights.
• Prepare talent data for internal and external reporting with accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with regional Talent teams and HR partners to ensure successful program delivery.
