Job summary

Solventum- is seeking a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition Director to lead our worldwide TA strategy and center of excellence. You will drive standardized processes, collaborate with HR, finance, and legal, and ensure compliance across regions, while optimizing systems for scalable talent delivery.

You will manage a global team, implement analytics, and partner with stakeholders to align hiring with Solventum’s strategic goals. Remote role, ideally based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR/Business.
• 15+ years in Talent Acquisition with global scope.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving workforce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.
• Oversee global operations, governance, and compliance.
• Develop data-driven hiring strategies and dashboards for leadership.
