Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a seasoned leader to own and evolve our global compensation and total rewards strategy. You will design scalable architectures, equity programs, and governance ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and sustainability across 46+ countries.

You will partner with Finance, Legal and Operations, acting as the final escalation point for leveling and pay decisions while driving AI-first, high-ownership total rewards across a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Compensation or Total Rewards across high-growth tech companies.
• Ownership of equity programs and equity design.
• Experience designing and evolving job architectures and leveling systems.
• Experience operating in fast-scaling, ambiguous environments.
• Ability to design scalable compensation systems with cross-country impact.

Responsibilities

• Own ElevenLabs' global compensation philosophy.
• Architect and refine compensation systems, equity programs and long-term incentives.
• Lead job architecture, leveling rules, and benchmarking across 46+ countries.
• Govern compensation cycles, off-cycle decisions, and calibration processes.
• Partner with Finance, Legal and Operations on governance and compliance.
• Own global benefits strategy and regional relevance for a distributed workforce.
