Job summary

Saily is building a borderless, data-secure mobile data experience for travelers. We seek a Paid Social Growth Lead to own campaigns across multiple markets, driving app installs, first purchases, and revenue with efficient CAC/ROAS.

You will manage large budgets, run experiments, and collaborate with Creative, Analytics, BI, Product, and CRM teams to optimize creative performance, CRO, and LTV. Remote-friendly role with global scope.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in performance, growth, or user acquisition marketing with hands-on Meta and TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing high six- or seven-figure monthly budgets in a B2C environment.
• Proven track record of scaling paid social profitably with data-driven strategy and testing.
• Strong analytical mindset with experimentation, incrementality thinking, and full-funnel optimization.
• Solid understanding of mobile app measurement, MMPs, SKAN, and conversion APIs.
• Hands-on experience using AI to optimize marketing workflows and automate tasks.
• Commercial mindset focused on ROAS, LTV, and growth opportunities.
• Excellent ownership, communication, and cross-stakeholder collaboration.
• Fluency in English with ability to drive results independently.

Responsibilities

• Own Paid Social performance and growth for Saily across global markets, focusing on Meta, TikTok, and X.
• Translate business goals into user acquisition strategies to drive app installs and revenue with efficient CAC/ROAS.
• Manage, optimize, and scale campaigns with a seven-figure monthly budget.
• Build and run an experimentation roadmap across audiences, creatives, bidding, and landing pages.
• Collaborate with Creative, Analytics, BI, Product, and CRM teams to improve conversion and LTV.
• Monitor performance and market dynamics, spotting opportunities, risks, and growth levers.
• Analyze data to forecast outcomes and inform strategic decisions.
• Use AI to optimize processes from creative production to reporting and management.
