Job summary

CXM is seeking a Social Media Lead to own and grow our global social presence across organic and paid channels from a fully remote setup. You will act as a hands-on player-coach, shaping strategy while driving execution, performance, and team development.

You will consolidate regional social activity, improve performance across markets, and build a consistent, engaging brand presence across platforms. The role requires strong analytics, storytelling, and leadership in a fast-paced context.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing social media for a global or multi-market brand.
• Strong hands-on experience with paid social, particularly Meta Ads.
• Excellent content strategy and community management skills.
• Experience analytics to drive decision-making and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global social media strategy aligned with marketing goals.
• Coordinate content calendars across platforms, campaigns, and events.
• Plan and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and other networks.
• Track performance, produce regular reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Lead and mentor local social media managers across regions.
