Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking a Business Immigration Specialist for our Warsaw Center of Excellence office. This remote-friendly role supports attorneys in drafting and managing business immigration matters, including NIV and IV filings, evidentiary responses, and client correspondence.

You will handle document preparation, case production, and government filings while coordinating with clients and attorneys to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Draft, edit, and prepare technical/legal documents and letters.
• Draft immigration petitions and supporting letters with client feedback.
• Review work for accuracy and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit technical/legal documents and letters based on internal materials.
• Draft writing-intensive immigration petitions (O-1A, EB-1A, & EB-2 NIW).
• Draft detailed support letters and recommendations; summarize foreign works.
• Manage case materials and respond to client messages in the case system.
• Initiate immigration cases and ensure documents are provided by deadlines.
• Prepare NIV petitions and IV filings including related forms and letters.
• Liaise with USCIS, consulates, and government agencies as needed.
• Assist in client intakes and file organization in case management systems.
