Qualifications

• Excellent writing and editing skills with strong legal drafting ability.
• Ability to draft and review immigration forms and petitions with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and edit technical/legal documents and letters.
• Draft NIV/IV petitions and related support letters.
• Prepare and file I-485, I-765, and other immigration applications.
• Manage client communications and case deadlines in the case management system.
• Research immigration law updates and liaise with clients, attorneys, and government agencies.
