Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP is seeking an International Revenue Manager to support international billing and accounting functions from our Warsaw Center of Excellence. The role emphasizes accuracy in high-volume non-US office billing, with leadership responsibilities over the Revenue Management staff and collaboration with senior management.

You will handle complex bills, develop long-term billing plans, and respond to accounting questions, all while ensuring timely electronic submissions and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 7 years of accounting experience with 3 years in supervisory role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and MS Excel at an intermediate/advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Manages non-US office billing efficiencies using Pre-bill Viewer and paper bills for accuracy.
• Processes and handles high-volume, complex bills for non-US offices.
• Verifies accuracy of billing and supporting documentation.
• Works on special projects and ad hoc reports for senior management.
• Supports international offices with accounting and billing functions.
• Manages Revenue Management staff and directs electronic submissions to vendors.
• Monitors data intake and conversion to electronic format with attorneys and management.
• Develops and implements long-term plans and coordinates cross-functional efforts.
