Job summary

Greenberg Traurig, LLP seeks a detail-oriented EB-5 Immigration Paralegal / Source of Funds Specialist to join our Warsaw Center of Excellence, remote. You will prepare and analyze SOF/POF documentation and support forms I-526/I-485 and DS-260 for EB-5 investors and families.

Candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience reviewing complex financial records, and the ability to convert large volumes of documents into clear petition materials while maintaining progress across multiple

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; background in finance, accounting, or a related field strongly preferred.
2+ years of EB-5 or business immigration experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with immigration case management systems (INSZoom preferred).
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Prepare EB-5 source of funds (SOF) and path of funds (POF) documentation, including declarations and exhibits.
Analyze international financial records (bank statements, tax returns, business records) for accuracy and traceability.
Draft and assemble Forms I-526/I-526E, I-485, DS-260, and related filings.
Coordinate with clients to collect supporting documentation and resolve evidentiary gaps.
Organize case files with high accuracy and maintain progress across multiple cases.
Monitor case progress to ensure timely filing and client updates.
Communicate professionally with clients, financial advisors, and attorneys as needed.
