CuringBusy is a fully remote company providing subscription-based, remote Executive Assistant services to entrepreneurs and professionals worldwide. We seek a proactive Client Success Representative to manage client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and drive growth through cross-sell and upsell opportunities.

You will work with global clients across time zones, coordinate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, and analyze data to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in client success or account management.
• Strong verbal and written English communication.
• Experience with freelancing platforms (Fiverr, Upwork).
• Familiarity with Stripe for payment processing.
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM and other CRM tools.
• Experience in a virtual assistance environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle multiple global client accounts, ensuring smooth coordination and timely delivery.
• Address client concerns promptly to maintain client trust.
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities to drive revenue.
• Maintain and improve client reviews on platforms like Fiverr and other freelancing sites.
• Build long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Gather client requirements and articulate them to internal teams.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and improve processes.
• Take ownership of client outcomes and internal coordination.
