Evotym is seeking an AML Onboarding Manager to own the full onboarding lifecycle for B2B clients, ensuring compliant, streamlined processes across international partners. This fully remote role collaborates with banks, PSPs, and financial institutions to maintain high standards of due diligence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

2+ years in onboarding B2B, underwriting, or compliance operations.
Experience in fintech, payments, PSPs, or financial services.
Understanding of onboarding processes and regulatory requirements.
Languages: English and Russian (C1).
Experience using AI tools to automate tasks and improve efficiency.

Responsibilities

Manage the full client onboarding lifecycle from engagement to activation.
Coordinate onboarding steps and ensure timely execution.
Prepare, maintain, and oversee documentation for compliance.
Liaise with banks, payment providers and financial partners on onboarding.
Monitor statuses and drive next steps to completion.
Improve internal workflows and operational efficiency.
