Qualifications

• Native-level German and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience with campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CR, AOV, bounce rate, revenue, and unsubscribe rate.
• A data-driven, proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Experience with AI tools and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution and optimisation of direct marketing campaigns on the German market (channels: email, web push & popup).
• Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams on targeting and cross-channel campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Manage product feed data required for product-based campaigns (product recommendations).
• Drive email and web push active subscriber growth to boost the potential of these channels.
• Implement AI solutions to increase team efficiency and accelerate the time-to-market for marketing campaign.
