Job summary

Kinguin in Warszawa, Poland, is seeking a marketing professional to own direct marketing campaigns and optimise performance across channels. Remote work is available with flexible hours, and the team focuses on innovation and impact in gaming.

You will analyse campaign results, run A/B tests, and collaborate with multiple teams to improve engagement, CTR, CR, and revenue. AI tools will be used to boost efficiency and speed to market.

Qualifications

• Experience in CRM, marketing automation, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Experience with campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and performance analysis.
• Strong understanding of KPIs such as CTR, CR, AOV, bounce rate, revenue, and unsubscribe rate.
• A data-driven, proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• Experience with AI tools and solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills and interest in working across marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end execution and optimisation of direct marketing campaigns on kinguin.net (channels: email, web push & popup).
• Analyse campaign performance and run A/B tests to improve engagement and conversion.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams on targeting and cross-channel campaigns.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance.
• Manage product feed data required for product-based campaigns (product recommendations).
• Drive email and web push active subscriber growth to boost the potential of these channels.
• Implement AI solutions to increase team efficiency and accelerate the time-to-market for marketing campaigns.
