Job summary

Strada is seeking a Customer Service Associate with German to support our clients from Poland. You will perform HR data entry, validate information, and respond to employee and partner inquiries to ensure timely, accurate service.

Qualifications

• Advanced English and German skills.
• Good understanding of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in customer service or working with HR and payroll data.
• Flexibility to support a global and fast paced environment.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform HR data entry, including data validation, completely and accurately as defined by the standards and client contract.
• Monitor and manage ticket queues using the appropriate tools to ensure tickets are handled per the defined timelines and do not exceed expected thresholds.
• Respond to client employee and business partner queries and requests effectively based on defined standards and contract requirements.
• Provide HRIS navigation support to clients.
• Identify deviations from the standard scope of service and act accordingly including the identification and support of change request opportunities.
• Recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information.
• Participate in projects as needed and assigned.
