Job summary

Biogen Poland offers a 12-month P2P Intern - Travel & Expense role in the Global Business Services group. You will audit expense reports, support employees, and ensure timely processing while learning Travel & Expense and Procure to Pay processes.

You will gain practical finance experience in a dynamic, international team, with exposure to ERP systems and internal controls within Biogen's GBS environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data accuracy.
• Interest in Finance, Travel & Expense, or Shared Services.

Responsibilities

• Audit employee expense reports in line with policies.
• Support Travel & Expense processes and respond to queries.
• Assist with internal controls and processing of requests.
• Coordinate with Payroll on unexpensed or personal transactions.
