Job summary

Surfshark is seeking a Mobile Acquisition Specialist to drive growth through Google App Campaigns and other paid channels. You will support setup, creative testing, and daily performance tracking while collaborating with the creative team.

You will analyze CPI, trial starts, and early conversions, and leverage mobile attribution platforms to measure impact. English communication and a strong analytical mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience running digital performance campaigns in Google Ads; App campaigns are a plus.
• Strong grasp of CTR, CPC, conversion rates and CPA/CPI.
• Excellent analytical mindset; comfortable with Excel/Sheets for insights.
• Adaptable and eager to learn mobile growth strategies and attribution tools.
• Outstanding English written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and optimize Google App Campaigns.
• Refresh and test ad assets regularly to find top-performing creatives.
• Monitor daily performance focusing on CPI, trial starts, and initial conversions.
• Collaborate with creative to brainstorm new ad angles and assets.
• Navigate mobile attribution platforms to analyze campaign conversions.
• Track performance data across attribution tools for accurate measurement.
• Pull performance reports and share data-driven ideas with the team.
• Stay curious about industry trends and Google platform updates.
