Job summary

CloudPay Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a French Payroll Administrator to join our French Operations team.

The role focuses on accurate, compliant payroll delivery for French clients, including DSN reporting and statutory declarations. You will work alongside experienced payroll specialists, handle high‑volume processing when needed, and contribute to a high‑quality service while developing payroll expertise and advancing your career in a supportive, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in both French and English (English level: B2 minimum).
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Minimum of experience as a payroll administrator or in payroll processing; training is provided.
• Familiarity with French legal payroll requirements, statutory reporting, and forms.
• Strong time management and administrative skills with attention to details

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit DSN termination declarations.
• Follow up DSN end-of-contract knockout returns with the Payroll and Implementation team.
• Prepare and submit DSN declarations of sick leave.
• Follow up on DSN sick leave and declarations to social insurance.
• Assist the French payroll team with payroll processing when volume is high.
• Update the Net Entreprise portal with registrants and access authorisations.
• Perform quarterly reconciliations between the SAGE payroll system and Cloudpay G2N report.
• Support the day-to-day FR operations tasks.
• Assist with payroll reports and gender pay gap.
• Follow up on sending DIGIPOSTE pay slips.
