Job summary

LHH is seeking an independent payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll processes for the French-speaking market from Poznań, with one in-office day per week. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and managers, ensuring compliance and accurate payroll processing.

You will also support migrating payroll activities to a new external provider, mapping processes, testing, and stabilizing post-transition while identifying improvement opportunities for optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in payroll operations within an international environment.
• Experience in payroll migrations, transitions, or vendor management would be an added value.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for the assigned French-speaking market, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related matters, cooperating closely with employees, managers, HR, and Finance teams.
• Support the transition of payroll services to a new external provider, including process mapping, testing, knowledge transfer, and post-transition stabilization.
• Review and validate payroll inputs and outputs, including salaries, benefits, bonuses, and statutory deductions.
• Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security regulations.
• Prepare payroll reports, support audits, and maintain accurate process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to payroll optimization initiatives.
