Job summary

Revvity is seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for multiple entities in Krakow, including Belgium, France, and the Netherlands. You will coordinate with external vendors, ensure accuracy, and drive compliance across local labor laws and tax regulations.

The role requires fluency in French and English, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms. You will partner with HR and Finance to deliver reliable payroll outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll experience, ideally including Belgium, France and/or Netherlands payroll.
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken).
• Strong servicing mindset and ability to respond to payroll inquiries.
• Solid understanding of payroll calculations, taxation, and finance concepts as it relates to payroll in France.
• Experience working with external payroll vendors.

Responsibilities

• Payroll Processing & Administration
• Manage monthly payroll cycles for assigned entities
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery
• Process new hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, benefits, and statutory deductions
• Validate payroll outputs, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
• Compliance & Reporting
• Prepare and submit statutory filings
• Support year-end processes, including annual reconciliations and employee tax documentation
• Maintain audit-ready payroll records and documentation
• Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Serve as the primary payroll contact for the assigned entities — respond to payslip queries, tax questions, and benefit inquiries
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Finance, and local management to resolve payroll issues
• Provide clear, professional communication in both French and English to employees and vendors
• Process Improvement & Team Collaboration
• Identify opportunities to streamline payroll workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy
• Participate in cross-functional projects (e.g., HRIS implementations, payroll system upgrades)
• Provide backup support for other team members during peak periods or absences
