Job summary

Ingka Business Service Center, part of IKEA, seeks a Fraud Prevention Administrator to join the Poznań hub. You'll manually screen high‑risk transactions and support investigations, collaborating with global teams to ensure secure shopping experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and confidentiality.
• Willingness to work weekends/bank holidays and coordinate with global teams.
• Experience in loss prevention, banking, investigative or fraud fields is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manual screening of flagged transactions within set timeframes.
• Manual screening of online gift card purchases.
• Maintain records of identified fraudulent transactions.
• Add fraud-related data points to internal blocklists and inform stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Payments, RCMP, and US hub teams on investigations.
• Occasional participation in anti-fraud operations and testing of new solutions.
• Collaborate with RCMP, bank employees, Loss Prevention, and Law Enforcement on fraud cases.
