Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to build and lead a new software team in Poland, working on next-generation TMF-related applications. You will be hands-on in architecture, coding, and delivery while shaping engineering culture and best practices.

The role emphasizes remote-first collaboration, with an optional office base in Lublin. You will mentor engineers, drive Agile rituals, and partner across a global organization to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Strong software engineering experience, including building production-grade systems.
• Experience leading or acting as technical lead for engineering teams.
• Background in modern web development with C#, .NET Core, SQL and React.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and scalable system design.
• Experience with Azure, AWS or GCP, microservices, containerisation, Kubernetes and CI/CD.
• Passion for modern engineering practices, including AI-augmented development.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in distributed teams.
• Fluent English.
