Job summary

Cencora seeks a Software Engineer 3 to join our Poland team, with a remote-first approach and an optional office base in Lublin. You will build secure, high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical TMF domain, and help shape engineering standards from day one.

You will work with .NET/C#, SQL databases, and modern UI frameworks, while embracing AI-assisted tools in a regulated environment and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver meaningful technical solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with .NET/C# and Visual Studio.
• Strong database experience (SQL Server, Azure SQL or MySQL).
• Knowledge of SOLID, DI, unit testing and REST services.

Responsibilities

• Fix bugs across codebases and architect incremental additions.
• Diagnose complex issues including race conditions and data problems.
• Ensure secure, maintainable code and scalable performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver value in TMF space.
• Promote AI-assisted development practices and tooling.
