Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Software Engineer 2 to join our Poland team, building secure, high-quality software for the Pharmaceutical TMF domain. This role is remote in Poland with an optional office base in Lublin.

You’ll work on bug fixes, implement new functionality, and contribute to architecture under guidance. You’ll develop with .NET and C#, apply SOLID and DI, write unit tests, and review code for quality, security, and correctness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with .NET/C# and REST services.
• Experience with databases: SQL Server/Azure SQL/MySQL.
• Familiarity with web UI (React/Angular/jQuery) and DI.
• Experience with unit testing and AI-assisted coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Fix moderately complex bugs in familiar code and basic issues in unfamiliar code.
• Build new functionality independently with architectural guidance.
• Develop with .NET/C#, applying SOLID principles, design patterns and DI.
• Write reliable unit tests and maintain engineering quality standards.
• Use AI-assisted tools while ensuring code quality and security.
• Collaborate with testers and DevOps, support sprint planning and root-cause fixes.
• Mentor junior developers and uphold high coding standards.
• Grow knowledge of the Pharmaceutical TMF domain and apply to client solutions.
