Job summary

LAPP is seeking a Contract Management/Operations professional to support the Global & EMEA Team from Wroclaw, enhancing contract lifecycle processes and data quality. The role emphasizes stakeholder coordination, dashboards, and clear communications across functions in an international context.

The candidate will help drive CLM improvements, digitalization, and AI-driven initiatives while maintaining high standards of documentation and governance in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• First experience in business operations or contract management.
• Excellent English (written and spoken).
• Good German language skills are highly desirable for coordination with German-speaking stakeholders.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in an international environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Global & EMEA Contract Management Team throughout the contract lifecycle.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage workflows and ensure transparency.
• Assist in implementing and improving CLM processes, systems and data quality.
• Maintain dashboards, reports and management updates.
• Prepare presentations and status updates for internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective stakeholder coordination across functions and projects.
• Contribute to process optimization, digitalization and AI-driven initiatives.
• Ensure high-quality contract documentation and data governance.
