Job summary

RemotePass is a global payroll, compliance, and payments platform. We’re hiring a Product Manager, AI to own how AI shows up across the product, from early experiments to production features used by customers worldwide.

You’ll work with the CEO, engineers, and operators in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment. The role is about making AI useful in real workflows—balancing speed, accuracy, and trust while shipping, testing, and scaling with the team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Experience building AI- or data-heavy products; understand models, failures, and production readiness.
• Hands-on with engineers: writing specs, running experiments, iterating on feedback.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and detail levels.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set AI product direction across RemotePass: integrate AI into core platform.
• Decide what to automate; balance friction, human control, and AI presence.
• Make complex data usable for payroll, compliance, and payments through AI.
• Turn real problems into product decisions across payroll, compliance, and operations.
• Own trade-offs between speed, accuracy, and trust in AI-driven workflows.
• Ship, test, and scale with engineering to move features from early stage to scalable.
