Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking an Applied AI Product Manager (Forward Deployed) to own AI delivery from first conversations to production systems. You’ll be the client’s main contact, shape problems, and drive delivery with engineering and data teams.

You’ll prototype solutions, manage trade-offs, and ensure adoption across stakeholders. You’ll work across generations of AI tools, lead workshops, and build ROI-case and business value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on prototyping with current AI tools in delivery and pre-sales.
• Track record of moving AI agents/features into live client use.
• Extensive client-facing, high-stakes experience with alignment and trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Prototype AI solutions and demos to prove value in pre-sales.
• Manage client relationship as day-time partner and trusted advisor.
• Translate goals into sharp problem statements, solutions and success criteria.
• Lead shaping in pre-sales and continue into delivery to ensure smooth handover.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to bring clarity.
