GSK in Poznań, Poland, is seeking a General Medicines Finance Partner to drive financial performance and provide key insights to support strategic decisions across Europe One Finance. You will partner with commercial, supply chain and regional teams, leading forecasting, budgeting, and ROI analyses to optimize margins and resources.

The role emphasizes business partnering, P&L oversight, and timely financial reporting, with a focus on growth, cost control, and enabling informed management

Competenze

• Finance or business degree and/or professional qualification.
• 3 years’ experience in financial roles.
• Experience in financial modelling and forecasting, and using analysis to drive decision making.
• Experience with financial planning/forecasting and understanding finance systems.

Mansioni

• Performance analysis of business results including sales, SG&A, and profitability.
• P&L management support for the General Medicines business unit.
• Budget setting and resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
• Forecasting monthly DRM, annual plans and launch estimates.
• Provide accurate month-end financial reporting and insights.
• Pricing governance and market dynamics analysis to inform decisions.
• ROI analysis and margin/cash flow optimization initiatives.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and project work for leadership.
