Roche Diagnostics Polska sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking a Finance Enterprise Partner Lead for Poland and SECE to be a strategic financial partner to the commercial organization and affiliate leadership.

You will lead a high-performing team of Finance Excellence Partners, driving value through data-driven insights and robust financial governance. You will shape market strategies, support business planning, and ensure competitive, profitable outcomes across local, regional, and global finance

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant commercial finance / business partnering experience.
• 2+ years of proven leadership experience coaching and empowering high-performing teams.
• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
• Strong business and accounting acumen (GAAP/IFRS) with ability to guide decisions impacting P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of specialists, creating a psychologically safe and inclusive environment.
• Partner with commercial leadership to shape market strategies, business planning, opportunity prioritization, and revenue-generation initiatives.
• Drive top-line to bottom-line P&L performance, ensuring financial targets are met and advising on corrective actions when deviations occur.
• Balance resource allocation across competing business priorities based on financial implications and long-term enterprise strategy.
• Build strong networks across local, regional, and global finance communities to share best practices and co-create cross-functional solutions.
• Act as a systems thinker, understanding upstream and downstream impacts across the broader healthcare ecosystem.
