Job summary

Roche Warsaw seeks a Finance Enterprise Partner to drive strategic financial partnering for the commercial organization. You will balance resources, advise on business activities, and shape value-driven strategies across markets with an enterprise mindset.

You will lead cross-functional finance projects, support pricing transparency, and ensure performance metrics are met while nurturing relationships with stakeholders and customers in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive professional experience in finance.
• Proven autonomous working with commercial decisions and complex analyses.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial and customer-centric mindset.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the business and support or co‑lead touchpoints throughout the whole customer journey with an enterprise mindset.
• Autonomously balance resource allocation across competing priorities and advise on financial implications.
• Develop a coherent affiliate commercial strategy and related processes (planning, prioritization, revenue strategies).
• Ensure financials are on track to achieve targets and advise on deviations and corrective actions.
• Participate in FEP communities to share best practices across markets.
• Support co‑creating new business models, quantifying value, and pricing transparency.
• Stimulate behaviours aligned with financial objectives across the organization.
• Lead commercial finance projects and cross‑functional agile squads.
• Monitor contract life cycle with profitability and outcomes focus.
• Propose and drive ideas for P&L improvement and efficiency.
