Job summary

HTD Health is a strategy and technology consultancy with global offices and a mission to humanize healthcare. We seek an early-mid career professional in accounting or payroll to support financial processes and HR operations.

You will handle invoices, closings, payroll data, and onboarding/offboarding while working with MS Excel and Google Workspace. This role offers 100% remote work with international flexibility across Poland and the US.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in accounting or payroll.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• English at least B2 level (required).
• Open to civil-law contract or fixed-term employment contract.
• HR experience and knowledge of labor law.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing flow of financial documents: entering, monitoring, and tracking cost invoices.
• Assist with monthly financial closing procedures.
• Perform day-to-day financial tasks in MS Excel.
• Prepare documentation for establishing, amending, and terminating civil-law contracts and employment relationships.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of employees.
• Prepare payroll input data and coordinate salary payments.
• Administer employee benefits.
• Prepare reports, analyses, and KPIs for the organization.
• Handle day-to-day employee matters.
• Act as a backup for the HR team.
