Job summary

Indero, a Poland-based CRO focused on dermatology and translational research, seeks a Project Manager to steer clinical studies within budget and timelines. You will coordinate Sponsor, sites, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring SOP and GCP compliance while managing risks and resources from a home-based Poland role.

Ideal candidates have a B.Sc. in clinical research, 3+ years in project management for clinical trials, and strong English skills; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. in a related field of clinical research.
• At least 3 years in a similar clinical project management role.
• Experience coordinating clinical trial activities in pharma/CRO.

Responsibilities

• May serve as primary contact for Sponsor, vendors and internal team throughout the study.
• Coordinates tasks and deadlines between departments involved in the project.
• Oversees project coordinators and resources to prioritize site activation activities.
• Escalates risks and ensures study documentation and SOP compliance.
• Plans activities and resources for the project and ensures training.
• Maintains training matrices and supports site and data management activities.
