Worldwide Clinical Trials in Europe is seeking a Senior/Director, Project Management to lead complex, global clinical research programs that translate into meaningful patient outcomes. You will guide strategy, drive operational excellence, and mentor project management teams across sponsors and cross-functional groups.

The role requires extensive experience in clinical project management, rheumatology studies, strong financial acumen, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Ten years of clinical pharmaceutical project management experience.
• Experience supervising teams in healthcare settings.
• Rheumatology study experience required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Fluency in English; local language advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee multiple global clinical research projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Direct and develop Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
• Build cross-functional teams across internal stakeholders, clients, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Define resource requirements and implement staffing strategies.
• Partner with sponsors to align scope, priorities, and objectives.
• Monitor budgets, forecasting, and resource utilization.
• Communicate status and risks to senior leadership for decision-making.
• Drive process improvements and enhance project quality.
• Support business development through client proposals and collaborations.
