Job summary

Elsevier is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst to partner with HR Business Partners, leaders, and staff in Poland (home-based) to guide employee relations across the region. You will lead investigations, support performance management, ensure legal and policy compliance, and contribute to ER projects and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field is required.
• Experience as Employee Relations Analyst or similar role is essential.
• Solid knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and manage employee relations issues across the region.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
• Develop policies to promote a positive work environment.
• Advise managers on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with legal on employment law matters.
• Provide training and workshops on employee relations.
• Assess morale and satisfaction via surveys and interviews.
• Assist in HR policy development and implementation.
