Job summary

Biogen Poland in Warsaw is seeking a Senior HR Operations Specialist to provide regional HR service delivery, support new hires, current and former employees, and HR Partners while navigating country-specific labour rules.

You will drive process improvements, manage benefits, payroll in designated regions, and maintain SOPs. Fluent business English and French is required; hybrid work in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in general HR, benefits, or payroll.
• Ability to understand and communicate HR policies and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, and judgment skills.
• Service-oriented attitude with willingness to train team members.
• Excellent listening skills and patience in employee interactions.
• Professional relationships with stakeholders.
• High energy with organizational and prioritization skills.
• Business-level English and French are required.
• Strong aptitude for learning HR/IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR operational support to new hires, current and former employees, and HR Partners in your region.
• Resolve and document complex issues raised by employees in collaboration with HR Partners and CoEs.
• Deliver HR processes and manage benefits, time, attendance, and payroll in specific regions.
• Achieve set KPIs and goals while adhering to customer service standards.
• Update SOPs and process maps; participate in knowledge sharing and training sessions.
• Perform special projects as assigned by management.
• Report any safety or quality information as per company protocols.
