Elsevier in Poland is seeking an Employee Relations Analyst to partner with HR Business Partners, people leaders, and employees to provide expert guidance on employee relations matters across the region. You will manage workplace investigations, support performance management, ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies, and recommend practical solutions to complex people challenges.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Employee Relations Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of European employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and manage employee relations issues across the region.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and analyze results.
• Develop and implement policies that promote a positive work environment.
• Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee relations matters.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the legal department on handling issues related to employment laws and regulations.
• Provide training and workshops on employee relations issues to foster better communication and improve employee morale.
• Assess employee morale and satisfaction through surveys and interviews.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
