Job summary

Amer Sports in Kraków is seeking an experienced EMEA Payroll Transformation Project Manager to lead global payroll implementation across 15+ countries. The role is contract-based (B2B) with 20–40 hours per week and a hybrid/remote work model.

You will coordinate between Amer Sports, the payroll provider, local teams, HR, Finance, IT, and external stakeholders to ensure timely deployment and successful go-live across markets.

Qualifications

• : Proven experience as a Project Manager leading global payroll implementation or payroll transformation projects.
• : Demonstrated experience working with global payroll vendors and managing multi-country payroll migrations.
• : Experience managing complex international projects involving multiple stakeholders and countries simultaneously.
• : Experience implementing global payroll platforms and solutions.
• : Experience working within multinational organizations.
• : Professional-level English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll implementation and transition to a global payroll vendor across 15+ countries.
• Manage the project lifecycle from planning to go-live and stabilization.
• Develop and maintain the overall project plan, timelines and risk management framework.
• Coordinate country deployment schedules, milestones, deliverables, and resources.
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive status updates.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery across countries.
• Coordinate readiness activities and ensure stakeholders and processes are in place before deployments.
• Support change management and post-go-live improvements.
