Job summary

Amer Sports in Kraków is seeking an IT Senior Coordinator, Retail Operations to ensure stable, high-quality IT operations across our retail stores in the EMEA region. You will coordinate with Retail Business, Field Services, Infrastructure, and external providers to deliver standardized IT services and governance across openings, operations, and closures.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in IT operations / IT service delivery.
Retail IT environment or multi-site IT support (preferred).
Proven experience in vendor coordination and service governance.
Experience in distributed environments (multiple locations/stores).

Responsibilities

Govern retail IT operations across the EMEA region in line with Group IT standards and governance.
Coordinate IT operations across retail stores in the EMEA region.
Ensure reliability and performance of POS, network, end-user devices, and retail applications.
Coordinate store lifecycle activities including openings, refits, relocations and closures.
Coordinate incidents, changes and problem management to minimize disruption to store operations.
Engage with brands retail operations teams, internal IT teams and external vendors to translate business needs into IT actions and improvements.
