Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Business, Finance, Accounting, or another analytical field.
• Experience in HR, compensation and benefits, reward, or an analytical role with strong data focus.
• Fluent English language knowledge.
• Strong data management, reporting, analysis, and handling complex datasets.
• Good understanding of compensation processes, benefits, job evaluation, grading, and org structures.

Responsibilities

• Administer compensation systems, databases, tools, access, documentation, and data updates.
• Prepare, analyze, and audit compensation and benefits data, reports, and dashboards.
• Support annual merit, base pay, and bonus processes, ensuring policy alignment.
• Partner with global HR teams, Finance, IT, HRIS, Internal Audit, and external vendors.
• Participate in compensation surveys, job matching, market analysis, and pay range reviews.
• Support job evaluation, grading, and related documentation.
• Ensure SAP, Reward, MySuccess, and related systems meet compensation and benefits process needs.
• Support system testing, implementation, process documentation, and user guidance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and standardize compensation and benefits processes.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support reward-related business decisions.
