Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop the ELO Digital Office environment. You will support users, ensure high availability, and work on implementation projects in a remote role based in Poland.

You will diagnose issues from application logs, write simple scripts, and collaborate with IT teams and vendors to improve system performance, with strong English and Polish language skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ELO Document Management System (ELO Digital Office).
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Strong communication skills; ability to work independently.
• Advanced level of English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and administering the document management system, specifically ELO.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
