Sii Poland is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist to maintain and develop the ELO Digital Office environment. This remote role focuses on supporting users, ensuring high availability, and delivering impactful projects across business units.

You will administer ELO DMS, develop new functionalities, analyze logs, and collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to optimize performance. Fluent English and Polish are required, with at least 5 years in ELO DMS.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ELO Document Management System (ELO Digital Office).
• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Ability to analyze application logs and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Experience in 2nd/3rd line application support.
• Fluent English and Polish communication.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and administering the ELO document management system.
• Developing new functionalities and participating in implementation projects.
• Analyzing and resolving user-reported issues related to system performance.
• Diagnosing errors and analyzing application logs to ensure smooth operation.
• Creating and modifying simple scripts to support system functionality.
• Collaborating with IT teams, business units, and external vendors to enhance system performance.
• Ensuring high availability and stability of the document management environment.
