Job summary

SerlinoLab, a fast-growing Italian skincare brand, seeks an Ecommerce Art Director to own the entire design output across the company. You will lead product packaging, website visuals, integrated launch campaigns, and the brand system, shipping premium assets from concept through production in collaboration with Italian and US teams.

In this remote, independent contractor role, you’ll drive visual strategy, establish scalable guidelines, and leverage AI tools to accelerate creative workflows

Responsibilities

• Product design (bottle & retail packaging) end-to-end for new launches and restages, from concept to print-ready files with manufacturing partners
• Integrated launch campaigns: creative direction for major product launches from concept to live across web, email, paid social, and in-store
• The brand system: scalable design systems and brand guidelines—typography, color, photography style, layout principles—codified and enforced across every touchpoint
• A premium, cohesive website: set the visual direction for homepage, PDPs, and landing pages to match the packaging and overall brand
• High-level ecommerce creative: art direction for PDPs, campaign visuals, email, paid social with CRO insights and user data
• AI-integrated workflows: build AI into design processes to ship at launch pace without sacrificing quality
• Creative leadership: provide direction, feedback, and workflow oversight to designers in Italy and the US
