Job summary

SerlinoLab, a fast-growing Italian skincare brand, seeks a Product Development Manager or Specialist to move formulas, packaging, and regulatory work from idea to shelf-ready products. You will connect a lab, Art Director, Supply Chain Manager, sourcing agent, and R&D testers in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities include confirming ingredient lists with the lab, running human testing, managing packaging development, standardising SKUs/EANs, and maintaining tech packs as the single source of

Qualifications

• Three years of meaningful experience in physical product development.
• Comfort with fast-moving, unstructured startup environments.
• Experience with cosmetics or skincare compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product development function from idea to market, coordinating lab and stakeholders.
• Manage packaging development end to end from concept to fillable bottle.
• Confirm ingredient lists and formulas with the lab before proceeding.
• Standardise SKUs, EANs and ingredient lists across systems (Shopify, Amazon, etc.).
• Run the full testing programme and translate feedback for the R&D team.
• Own compliance documentation for EU/US markets.
